РИА Новости. Результаты экономического сотрудничества Белоруссии и России могли бы быть лучше, если бы стороны решили спорные вопросы в части поставок энергоносителей и сельхозпродукции, говорится в опубликованном в четверг обзоре итогов внешней политики Белоруссии и деятельности МИД страны.
"Российская Федерация сохранила за собой роль ведущего торгового и инвестиционного партнера Беларуси, крупнейшего экспортного рынка для белорусских товаров. На долю России приходится около половины всего объема белорусской внешней торговли. По объемам взаимной торговли Беларусь, в свою очередь, входит в "пятерку" основных торговых партнеров России", — говорится в документе.
При этом в МИД отметили, что Белоруссия и Россия реализуют значимые совместные инвестиционные проекты, крупнейшим из которых является строительство Белорусской АЭС.
Тем не менее, в Минске считают, что результаты экономического взаимодействия Белоруссии и России "могли бы быть выше в случае выхода на равные условия хозяйствования, решения спорных вопросов в нефтегазовой сфере, наращивания промышленной кооперации и инвестиционного сотрудничества, улучшения доступа к рынкам товаров и услуг обоих государств, снятия проблем в сфере поставок сельхозпродукции, урегулирования режима пропуска граждан третьих стран через белорусско-российскую границу".

"The Russian Federation has retained its role as a leading trade and investment partner of Belarus, the largest export market for Belarusian goods. The share of Russia accounts for about half of the total Belarusian foreign trade. The volume of mutual trade of Belarus, in turn, enters into the five main trade partners of Russia", — the document says.
In the foreign Ministry noted that Belarus and Russia will implement a significant joint investment projects, the largest of which is the construction of the Belarusian nuclear power plant.
However, in Minsk believe that the results of economic cooperation of Belarus and Russia "could be higher in case of equal conditions, the solution of controversial issues in the oil and gas sector, increasing industrial cooperation and investment cooperation, improving access to markets of goods and services of both countries, removal of problems in the supply of agricultural products, the settlement of the mode of admission of citizens of third countries via the Belarusian-Russian border".
