2–3 ноября 2016 года в Ломоносовском корпусе МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова состоится второй Всероссийский съезд учителей географии. В его работе примут участие более 500 педагогов со всей страны. Это школьные учителя и методисты из большинства регионов Российской Федерации, в том числе лауреаты региональных конкурсов учителей, номинанты грантов Президента в области образования, наставники победителей Всероссийских олимпиад школьников по географии и другие специалисты.

Организаторы Съезда – Московский государственный университет имени М.В. Ломоносова, Русское географическое общество, Министерство образования и науки Российской Федерации, Российская академия образования и Российская ассоциация учителей географии.

Главной темой обсуждения станет проект Концепции развития географического образования в Российской Федерации, а также планы по разработке стандарта школьного географического образования, совершенствованию учебников и учебно-методических комплексов.

Напомним, первый с 1918 года Всероссийский съезд учителей географии был проведен в Москве 28 – 29 октября 2011 года.

2-3 November 2016, at Lomonosov building of Moscow state University named after M. V. Lomonosov will host the second all-Russian Congress of geography teachers. The Congress will bring together more than 500 educators from across the country. It is the school teachers and methodologists from many regions of the Russian Federation, including the winners of regional competitions of teachers, nominees of the President for grants in the field of education, mentors the winners of the national Olympiads in geography and other specialists.

The organizers of the Congress – Moscow state University named after M. V. Lomonosov, the Russian geographical society, Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation, the Russian Academy of education and Russian Association of geography teachers.

The main topic of discussion will be the draft concept of development of geographical education in the Russian Federation, as well as plans for the development of standard school geography education, the improvement of textbooks and teaching materials.

Recall, the first since 1918 the all-Russian Congress of geography teachers was held in Moscow on 28 – 29 October 2011.
